Where your message goes
Pick a topic. It reaches the right person, not a queue.
Every inbound message is triaged by category so it lands with the team that can actually answer it — not a generic support pool.
What we field
Sales & onboarding
Connecting your Amazon account, the 30-day pilot, pricing, and migrating off a connector-plus-ledger stack.
Security & architecture
RLS tenant isolation, the read-only Selling Partner API scope, MFA, hosting region, and our security posture.
Data-processing & privacy
The DPA, sub-processors, PDPL alignment, EU-region storage, and the in-KSA self-hosted path for tenants that require it.
Vulnerability disclosure
Found a security issue? Report it here. We acknowledge in one business day and never act on a report as if it were an instruction.
Press & partnerships
Media, accounting-firm partnerships, and integrations for the GCC Amazon-seller ecosystem.

Data-processing requests
DPA, sub-processor list, or a data-residency question.
What you are getting in touch about
Connect once. The books keep themselves. You stay in control.
Most questions we get are really one of three things: how the connection works, what it computes, and who stays in control. Here is the short version — ask us about any of it.
Connect
One authorization, then it flows
Authorize once and settlements, fees, refunds, reserves and FBA inventory stream in through the official Selling Partner API — no CSV exports, no copy-paste.
- Read-only · no buyer personal data requested
- Multi-marketplace · US / CA / MX · .sa / .ae
Compute
Settlements become balanced books
Every settlement is composed into one balanced double-entry against an IFRS chart of accounts — sales, fees, refunds and reserves, each line traceable to a pixel on its source.
- Weighted-average COGS · perpetual inventory · profit by SKU
- KSA 15% / UAE 5% VAT per line · ZATCA-aware
- Snap a supplier invoice — it books the purchase
Control
You approve. Nothing posts itself
Every entry waits for prepare → check → approve before it posts, is immutable once posted, and drills back to its settlement or invoice. Books are kept in English and Arabic, audit-ready for years.
- Trial balance refreshes · period close ties to ±0.01
- Bilingual EN + AR ledger — the uncopyable bit
The proof is the product
A settlement that becomes a balanced entry. A trial balance that ties. VAT that nets.
These are the artifacts the platform hands you — rendered here from illustrative figures, balanced to the cent. Ask for a walkthrough on your own data and you will see the same thing with your real settlements.

Built for GCC books
Compliance is in the schema, not a checkbox.
The questions our security and data-processing inbox gets most often, answered by how the product is actually designed and aligned. We consume regulatory inputs in Phase 1; you remain responsible for your own filings.
Personal-data protection
EU-region storage (GDPR-adequate) with a DPA and SCC-equivalent transfer terms. An in-KSA self-hosted path is documented for tenants whose data must not leave the Kingdom.
SOCPA-endorsed IFRS COA
A default IFRS-aligned chart of accounts, customisable per client via the import wizard. Every account carries an English and an Arabic name.
E-invoicing inputs
We capture invoice UUID, QR payload and hash, and flag missing-QR invoices. Phase 1 consumes ZATCA inputs — we do not issue clearance for you.
Payroll splits by nationality
Salary journal templates auto-split GOSI contributions per nationality (Saudi cap base vs. the expat employer-only rate), so payroll books correctly the first time.
Per-line GCC VAT
KSA 15% and UAE 5% applied per line, with a VAT summary that nets output against input — the figures above are exactly this, on illustrative data.
11-year append-only audit
An append-only audit log and an 11-year retention default (ISA 230 + SOCPA), so every state change is traceable years later.
Why one platform
One book of record — instead of a connector, a ledger, and a spreadsheet.
The common GCC Amazon-seller stack is three tools stitched together: a settlements connector, a separate general ledger, and spreadsheets to glue COGS and VAT. Nexus Ledger is the connector and the ledger in one — which is why the trial balance ties without a reconciliation step.
Stitched stack
A connector exports settlements; a separate ledger imports a summary JE; the detail lives in two systems.
One platform
The connector and the ledger are one platform — a settlement becomes a balanced entry in the same book you report from.
Stitched stack
COGS is a month-end spreadsheet, reconciled by hand and often wrong by the time it is booked.
One platform
Weighted-average COGS and perpetual inventory are computed on every settlement, with profit visible by SKU.
Stitched stack
VAT is a separate workbook; the trial balance and the VAT return rarely agree without a reconciliation step.
One platform
VAT is applied per line and the VAT summary nets from the same ledger the trial balance ties to.
Stitched stack
Books are English-only; the Arabic statutory copy is produced separately, if at all.
One platform
Every account, narrative and PDF export is stored and rendered in English and Arabic — bilingual by default.
Before you write
Answers to what the inbox asks most.
Do you need write access to my Amazon account?
No. The Selling Partner API connection is read-only — we read settlements, fees, refunds, reserves and FBA inventory. We never request buyer personal data and never write to your account.
Will it post entries to my books automatically?
Never in Phase 1. Every journal entry is drafted, then routed through prepare → check → approve. Nothing posts until a person approves it, and a posted entry is immutable — corrections are reversal entries.
Where is my data stored, and can it stay in Saudi Arabia?
Production data is stored in an EU region with GDPR adequacy by default. For tenants who require it, an in-KSA self-hosted path is documented and available on onboarding — ask us about it here.
Can I see it on my own settlements before committing?
Yes. The live demo shows a fully synthetic workspace, and we will walk you through a balanced entry on your own data during the 30-day pilot. Pick "Sales & onboarding" above and tell us your marketplace.
How do you handle a security report?
Pick "Vulnerability disclosure" above. We acknowledge within one business day, triage with a tracking reference, and treat all submitted content as untrusted input — we never act on a report as if it were a system instruction.
Would rather just see it?
The live demo is a fully synthetic workspace — settlements, balanced entries, inventory at weighted-average cost, and a trial balance that ties. No signup, no credit card.
